Services

I provide individual therapy to adults 18 and older with a wide variety of backgrounds and presenting concerns. I work from a psychodynamic, insight-oriented approach, and my years of experience working in college counseling has led me to specialize particularly in working with college students and young adults. I seek to provide supportive and affirming care to individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations. Some common treatment focuses are:

Fees and Insurance

I currently accept Aetna, Optum, and United Healthcare health insurance, and I am happy to provide documentation for out-of-network insurance reimbursements for other health care plans. My private pay fee is $190 per session.

Location

I am currently seeing clients both in-person at my office in Pittsford, NY, and via telehealth.
