Lily Uribe, Ph.D.
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Rochester, NY. I completed my masters and doctoral degrees at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, and my doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Rochester.
I seek to provide my clients with a safe space in which to articulate, explore, and form a deeper understanding of both their strengths and stuck points. I work from a combination of psychodynamic, relational, and feminist frameworks, and I invite my clients to use therapy as an attuned space in which to share the thoughts and emotions that are most present for them. Together we can untangle how these experiences are connected to larger areas of difficulty, past or present pain, fears, or unmet needs. I view therapy as a collaborative endeavor in which we can work together to discover how you may use your unique strengths and emotional resources to cultivate a more authentic and liberated life.
